As a Leadership Communication Expert, I bring over 18 years of experience helping science and tech leaders like you turn their expertise into career-advancing influence. I work closely with high-performing professionals to fine-tune their communication strategies, elevate their leadership presence, and break through barriers to achieve exceptional results.
I believe that we engage in meaningful work when we develop leaders. It’s important to me that leaders are developed and given the skills they need to succeed at the next level because they are the basis of a healthy organization. A healthy organization can continue to grow to safeguard livelihoods and do good business in the world.
My background in leadership development has been carefully and intentionally cultivated over 18 years. I’ve dedicated my career to the intersection of communication, business, neuroscience, and the psychology of leadership to treat the whole situation that each leader faces. I want to educate clients about the science behind their choices so that they can make informed decisions in the best interests of their well-being and success.
