The promise of Executive Presence

People think that the results from their work should speak for themselves, but they don’t. You have to know how to promote yourself, your results, your team, your project, while being authentic and being able to read and navigate the political landscape like an Everest sherpa.

How you want to come across and how others perceive is often very different, and it’s in the space between those two things that we do most of our work.

Performing brilliantly at a senior level requires excellent communication skills, a commanding presence and supreme credibility. This Director to Executive Director program gives you the tools to lead with impact and gravitas.

What is Executive Presence?

Participants in the Executive Presence program draw on their personal style and learn to present themselves in ways that build effective relationships with clients, senior leadership teams, colleagues, and their team. The interactive nature of the program also facilitates cross-functional community-building for participants, which is essential for a global company.

This workshop is experiential and participants learn to:

  1. Distill and translate deep expertise into succinct, compelling, relevant messages that influence business decisions.

  2. Exhibit poise, adaptability, and confidence during stressful situations, including strategic presentations, client interactions, and questions from executive leaders.

  3. Speak with confidence in an English-speaking company, when English is your second or third language.

  4. Inspire and motivate high productivity and well-being on your team.

  5. Deepen relationships, even in the absence of face-to-face interaction.

  6. Authentically build or repair trust and reputation.

Why do you need Executive Presence?

You need Executive Presence to build warm, lasting cross-functional relationships in an increasingly virtual world, to be seen as investing in your pipeline of leaders, and to elevate the impact your leaders have on the business and with their teams.

Our ability to demystify and break down the concepts and principles of Executive Presence into tangible, tweakable components that can be measured has put us in front of senior leadership in Fortune 1000’s and business schools for the last 18 years.

Highly experiential, grounded in neuroscience and the psychology of leadership, our programs are deeply engaging and highly practical. We tailor our content to your leaders and the business challenges they face so that they have concrete strategies and measurable actions to continue to deepen the learning post program. All of which is in service to participants transforming, and building greater confidence, gravitas, and credibility.

I've been so tech-focused… I didn't know how to 'sell' ideas… this type of feedback is really good for technical people, especially from Asia… we don’t learn this.

    Siam, Tech

  • I used storytelling to present the inclusion conversation with my team

…it opened another dimension that I'd like to keep moving forward with because we're not just scientists anymore, we have to elevate how we communicate and operate, because we're working through others.
