I run VISKA and believe that we engage in meaningful work when we develop leaders. It’s important to me that leaders are developed and given the skills they need to succeed at the next level because they are the basis of a healthy organization. A healthy organization is able to continue to grow, so as to safeguard livelihoods and do good business in the world.
My background in leadership development has been carefully and intentionally cultivated over 18 years. I’ve dedicated my career to the intersection of communication, business, neuroscience, and the psychology of leadership, with the goal of treating the whole situation that each leader faces. I want to educate clients about the science behind their choices so that they can make informed decisions in the best interests of their well-being and success. Safety and success are my utmost priority and I’ve developed a reputation for delivering results.
